Return policy validity
This return policy is valid for the country: Kenya.
Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery. You have the right to return within 7 days after the arrival of your order. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and ensure you have adequate time to inspect and evaluate your product.
(Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and approve your return — this is separate from the 7-day return window.)
Return conditions
To ensure the quality of our products for all customers, the following conditions apply:
- Products must be in their original, unused condition
- All original packaging must be intact and included
- A valid proof of purchase or receipt must accompany the return
- Only products in NEW condition can be returned; we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use
- Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance" are final sale and cannot be returned
New = Unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.
How to return
Car batteries can be returned easily. Contact us to arrange collection from your location. The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products as well as a defective product received.

Shipping guidelines
- Returns should be sent or delivered to our physical location in Nairobi (DT dobbie, Ola Petrol Station, Industrial Area, Lusaka Road, Nairobi, Kenya)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective
- We recommend using a trackable method for valuable items
- Shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount
Refund process
